Most tourists are confused on where Saipan is or whether it is a part of United States. The truth is that it is part of the Northern Marian Islands which is a member of the US commonwealth. Flora and Fauna

Limestone forest takes a huge part of Saipan’s flora while the developed regions in the island that are covered with tangan-tangan trees which were introduced during world ware 2. The native forests are present on the steep slopes on the island. In addition, coconuts, papayas and Thai hot peppers are some fruits which grow naturally on the island. Cultivated fruits include mangos, taro root, sweet potato, cucumber, pineapples, star apples, coconut,papaya,  bananas, and many more.  .
